Responsible for construction & maintenance mechanical activities through the supervision in respect of HSE,

Duties & Responsibilities:-
 Perform all plumbing , electrical ,or HVAC re requirements of the building.
 Maintain heating equipment ,chiller (air and water cooled, DX unit, PUMPS cooling towers
, fan coil unit , and air distribution systems.
 Inspect HVAC system and their components(heating units, building exhaust fans
ventilation units etc.) for purpose evaluating conditions , identifying necessary repairs
recommending preventative maintenance.
 Responsible for construction & maintenance mechanical activities through the
supervision in respect of HSE, method, working practices, quality and timely execution
of the works.
 Trouble shooting, Maintenance and Commissioning job Reciprocating, screw and
centrifugal chiller packages and DXU System (split and packages) operating with
microtech control and associated cooling equipment’s like AHU, FCU COOLING
TOWERS and pumps.
 Monitored the installation work of Hvac (Ducting-piping- air handing unit, Heat recovery unit,
Fan coil unit, cooling tower, primary & secondary condenser pump- chiller.
 Coordinate site work with other discipline.
  Experience in erection, commissioning, testing, balancing, maintenance as well as
procurement of spares of HVAC installation fire fighting and rotating equipment.
 Include completing work orders and preventative maintenance, changing out actuators,
belts and filter.
 Worked on centrifugal chiller plant ( 1400 TR, 350×4 CARRIER) reciprocating compressor
unit FROM CARRIER.
 Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports for the project manager.
 Execute all the HVAC & plumbing ,electrical works respecting all quality &
standard requirements.

 Engineer all HVAC personnel, including other Engineer, duties include planning,

 Reading and understanding of mechanical/HVAC related documents and drawing(i:e
blueprint and electronics diagram ), GA drawing, plot plan, piping layout, duct

 Participate in regular client meetings at a senior level to ensure an excellent working

 Arrange labor and other professionals including pipe fitter, duct fitter and assistant duct fitter.
They also act as a supervisor for the installation and maintenance project.

need to do their work.
