Dear Parent,

We are ready to host you for the Annual Day – “Verve-2.0”. To make your experience smooth we
request you to please read through the following points carefully and strictly adhere to them: -

• Parking- The parking has been arranged along the adjacent Suncity building space. The
parking team will be there to assist you, however the space is limited and we
recommend you to carpool or use cab services.
• Shuttle service- will be available from the main gate to the school reception area for the
elderly for ease in reaching the venue.
• Entry guidelines - Please carry the authorization card (Exeat Card) and show at the gate
for entry & pick up of your ward from the green rooms. – (Green rooms are mentioned
below).
• Entry restrictions- Children below the age of 4yrs will not be permitted inside the
Multipurpose Hall. You may make alternate arrangements or use the school’s day care
where you may leave your ward with the nannies. Please pack required utilities for your
ward if using day care.

• Refreshments -Light refreshments have been arranged for you all on the ground floor
(follow the indicators) after the show while the children change their costumes and
dispersal can begin. We welcome you to enjoy the same and mingle with other parents.

• Food counters - Food options are also available (post-show) on a payment basis. Credit
card, UPI, cash payment options will be available at the counters.
• Uniform – Children can wear the sports uniform on both the days and also carry an
additional jacket.
• Ensure that they all wear the winter warm socks which they have been instructed to
remove only before their performance.
• Labelling the uniforms- Use markers to write the name of your ward on every item and
empower them to look after their belongings.
• EVO TAG- to be kept at home for both the days
• Conveniences- Follow the indicators for usage of washrooms to avoid getting lost.
• Dispersal- will take place only after the show is over We would like your cooperation to
pick your ward only after. No requests will be entertained for an early pick or leaving
the auditorium before completion of the show. You are requested to remain seated in
the MPH until the esteemed guests have left and the announcement is made by the
Emcee.
• On 16th the dispersal will be delayed as the children will need to change their costumes
and hand over to the teacher-in-charge
• On 17th Dec, students will go home with their costumes (no change of costume after
the show).
• Kindly ensure from your ward the dance/ theatre (Scene No) they are participating in
and pick them from the green rooms enlisted below

General instructions:

• Read the circular sent earlier (about Annual day requirements) and send the children
with the basic material (hair pins, safety pins, lipstick etc) . Also make note of all the
information given in it.
• Keep the mobile phones in silent/ airplane mode during the program.
• Do not to wave out or make gestures to your wards during the performance. This may
distract your ward and hamper his/her performance.
• Remain seated and respect those seated behind you.
• Walking down the aisle or standing up to take pictures and even calling out your ward is
strictly prohibited. A professional photographer will be taking videos and pictures of the
entire performance).

You are requested to be seated by 5:00 pm. Seating is limited and will be done on first cum first
serve basis.
