KT : okay sabrina! Come on every one, we’re going to start handover

KR : good morning everyone! Before we starting this handover it will be better if we pray according

B1 : okay thank you Sabrina this morning there are 2 pasients in the Room Anggrek. First pasients
is mine, her name is Ny. Amel and the second one belongs to midwife beauty. Ny. Amel is in the 3rd
room, she is 25 years old. Now she is stage 1 laten phase. At 6 am i was checking her dilatation and the
dilatation was 3 cm. This is her first pregnancy. Her condition is good, her contraction still irregular and
the baby condition is good too. That’s all, thankyou

KT : okay thankyou midwife elli. Then how about the second patient midwife beauty?

B2 : okay i’ll tell the condition of my patient. So, her name is Ny. Lia. She is 24 years old. At 7 am she
had deliver her baby, there were No. any active bleeding, her condition is well, an hour ago she just
finished doing Initiation of Early Breastfeeding. Now she is under post partum monitoring on the second
hour. That’s all, thankyou

KT : How did Ny. Lia’s baby condition?

B2 : the baby condition was good, but i think she had a little bit light hypothermi. The baby already
given vit.K injection on her left thigh and Hepatitis injection on her right thigh. When she was born, she
cried spontaneously, her skin was red, and her movements were active

KT : okey, thankyou Beauty. So, for the morning shift midwife diva and midwife sabrina, is there any
question?

B3 : midwife elli, can you tell me about Ny.Amel vital sign?

B1 : okay, i’ll explain the vital sign. Her temperature is 37 C, blood pressure 120/80 mmHg,
respiratory rate 20 x/minute, pulse rate 88 x/minute

B3 : thanyou, how about the fetal heart rate ?

B1 : the baby’s condition good, fetal heart rate 145 x/minute

B3 : Is there any problem during her latent phase?

B1 : nothing serious problem, but she just feels pain during her contraction and she looks worry
waiting for her labor

B3 : okey, maybe later when she feels pain i’ll give her aroma theraphy for relaxing her pain. And
how about the engagement?

B1 : her engagement was 2/5 i suggested her to walk around

B3 : is there any seepage of amniotic fluid?

B1 : No., the amniotic fluid still positive

B3 : whose accompany Ny.Amel in the room?

B1 : ny. amel with her husband and her family

KT : sorry i interrupted. Is there two people in the room with birth attendant?

B1 : at first she was only with her husband, but i think around at 7.30 AM her family was come

KT : ohh, later please tell her family midwife diva, to not take longer in the room because our new
rules in this pandemic situation

KT : and how about you midwife sabrina, is there any question to midwife beauty?

B4 : midwife beauty, did you do the physical examination of Ny.Lia baby?

B2 : sure, already done

B4 : how was the result?

B2 : the respiratory rate of the baby 45 x/minute and the body temperature is 36 C. I think the
baby’s temperature little bit low and i diagnose that the baby has light hypothermi

B4 : what have you done with the light hypothermi of the baby?

B2 : i’ve put a hat on her to warm her body

B4 : does the body temperature getting better after your intervention?

B2 : the body temperature was a little bit better, but i think it’s still need to monitoring continuesly

KT : maybe later, Sabrina can examine the baby condition again, if the condition doesn’t change
you can ask mother to do KMC
