    ACCREDITED COLLECTING
    AGENT OF PHILHEALTH
    To address some confusion from our members, please be informed that PayMaya is
    not yet an Accredited Collecting Agent (ACA) of PhilHealth. Hence, it is not authorized
    to receive premium payments from PhilHealth paying members.

    To ensure that premium contributions are properly credited to their accounts,


    members must pay only at accredited collecting partners and tie-ups here and
    abroad. Payments may also be made at any of the PhilHealth Regional Offices (PROs)
    and Local Health Insurance Offices (LHIOs) nationwide.

    For a complete list of ACAs and information on contact details of PROs and LHIOs,
    member may call our Corporate Action Center at (02) 441-7442 or visit our official
    website, http://www.philhealth.gov.ph/partners/collecting.

    For further inquiries, please coordinate with Treasury Department-Accreditation
