leadership style prefer by generation Y which
is Ethical Leadership or Transformational or
Servant Leadership.

To study the degree of relevance of servant leadership style
towards Millennial generation employees.
MLQ and ELW instruments used the 5-point likert

Highest scores referring to facilitating motivation and the lowest scores
referring to not facilitating motivation.

preferred for ethical leadership rather than

11. CONCLUSION
In conclusion, through this article, the authors have managed
to fill another void within the literature that already exists on
the topic of leadership in change management.

Their findings from the SPSS test showed that all hypothesis
concerning this study were proved to be right. There's a big
relationship between ethical leadership style and
Generation Y, there's a medium relationship between
servant leadership style and Generation Y, and there is a
weak relationship between transformational leadership and
Generation Y which shows that Generation Y prefer Ethical
leadership style.

Overall, the content of this article has provided an insight


into how the business leaders have put into action the
consideration of leadership style preferred by Generation Y
as Generation Y continues to mature and enter the
workforce.It is also in line with leadership roles of
establishing direction, aligning people, motivating, and
inspiring and produces change.
