Cold Storage PACKAGING STANDARD

SOP FOR PACKAGING

1. All the components should be touched with the use of hand gloves.

2. Material to be packed is to be taken after final inspection.

3. Paper taken should be of 80 GSM.

4. Enclosures should be packed in 2 nos.

5. Cover should be packed in 5 nos.

6. Corrugated box to be used should be thoroughly checked for defects.

7. Minimum L by B should be 300mm by 300mm.

8. Paper should be put in the bottom and above the jobs which are putted in box.

9. Box should be checked for over weight.

10. Industrial tape should be applied properly both horizontally and vertically.
