    Here's your group assignment.


    1) Identify three (3) main challenges in your organization (choose only 1 organization or office
    per group) and what OD intervention/s you can apply per challenge/problem. You may
    use/identify more than one intervention per challenge.

    2) Explain the reasons why did you choose those interventions. 3) What can you recommend to
    avoid failure of these interventions. Be prepared to present your assignment at the start of our
    session next week
