Physical Self-Care
1. I always keep myself hydrated all the time.
2. I go jogging every weekend.
3. I eat a balanced meal to keep myself healthy.
4. Every day, I make an effort to get at least 8 hours of sleep.
5. I do exercises every morning to keep my body physically fit.
Psychological Self-Care
1. I always read my favorite motivational quotes to relax.
2. I do yoga to relax my mind.
3. I do write motivation quotes to myself to make me feel at ease.
4. I keep myself disconnected from people who I think are not good at me.
5. I play Mobile games to make me relax.
Spiritual Self-Care
1. I do distance myself to people that are bad influence
2. I always go to church, to thank God.
3. I always pray to god.
4. I do read bible verses before going to sleep.
5. I always put God as my center for everything.
Emotional Self-Care
1. I talk to my loved ones about my issues to make me feel relieved of some
of the stress I'm experiencing.
2. I do make notes with encouraging messages for myself.
3. I like to watch funny videos on the internet because they help me feel
better.
4. I do love myself first and make good friends.
5. I do relaxation to calm my mind anytime I'm feeling gloomy.
