Understanding The self

The Spiritual Self by Group 3

Have you ever experienced boredom? Stress? Exhaustion?
Have you ever experienced depression? Brokenness? And heartaches?
Have you ever experienced betrayal, and so many things in life that makes you think
and asked, “God, what is my purpose in life?”
According to Victor Frankl, “It’s not a humans obligation to find the meaning of life in
universal ways because it lies in every humans’ potential, experience and ability to
discover one’s self everyday. Every human beings have own purpose sets a clear view
of what they want for their self, takes responsibility of their self and have a strong
determination and motivation to face the what’s and the how’s of every challenges.”
According to him, Life is not fair but there are two options that one can do. First,
accept that what happened cannot be changed and you should not be a prisoner of
circumstances. And second, accept that what happened cannot be changed but one
can changed his/her attitude towards it. A person should adopt a stronger, resilient, and
positive attitude in facing life’s challenges to have a better and meaningful life
Maaaring and purpose ng buhay mo ay tumulong, magbigay ng saya at inspirasyon
sa iba, then be it. Do it without complaining, do it willingly and wholeheartedly without
expecting anything in return.
Maaaring ang purpose mo ay magpakalalim pa sa debosyon mo sa Diyos, because
religion shows the way but the finality of quest for contentment signifies spirituality. You
may always attend religious gatherings because to you it’s and obligation, it is
religiosity. But if your attendance brings you to unexplainable inner peace and a feeling
of secured relationship with God, then it’s Spirituality. A person with deep Spiritual Self
can find meaning to life amidst difficulties and challenges.
Sabi nga nila, ang bawat hakbanh ng mga paa ay katumbas ng bawat sigundo nga
buhay, so make it worth living.
Pansin mo ba? Na sa bawat pagbilis ng hakbang mo tila ba bumibilis din and takbo
nito, at sa bawat pagtigil mo ay tila ba tumitigil din ito. So keep on going. And when life
seems so hard on you take time to pose, reflect and ask yourself, “What is this
challenge trying to teach me? “
God says, “I am the vine, you are the branches. If a man remains in Me and I in
him, he will bear much fruit; apart from Me you can do nothing. “ So let your every
circumstances bears good fruit out of you!
