An action plan is extremely crucial when things are not going as planned or when
a change in strategy is required. In these situations, realistic solutions may be
desperately needed. Ergo, action research guarantees that a workable solution to any
social issue is unearthed. The teacher utilizes action research to thoroughly understand
the problem and distinguish the best possible solution. The last series of webinars was
one titled "Action Research." Lark Video conferencing was utilized to start this all-day
webinar. The Philippine National Anthem and the KCAST Hymn were then played after
a brief prayer to start the webinar. A student from the BEEd Generalist class then made
an opening speech, and the resource speaker was then introduced.

The resource speaker began by soliciting questions and comments about the
subject from the online audience of students. The main points that had been discussed
were then explicitly presented, such as the Purpose and Uses of Action Plan, Types of
Action Research Designs, Key Characteristics of Action Research, Steps in Conducting
an Action Research Study, Evaluating an Action Research Study and Action Research
Format. Each of the above topics were covered during the full-day webinar, which was
very interactive because the resource speaker got the audience involved in learning by
doing.

Additionally, it was noted that it entails a teacher conducting research into his or
her own actions and potential remedial measures. Thus, action research is important for
ensuring that any problem has a workable solution. Also, it’s definitely necessary
because it is prevalent for one person's solution to harm others, especially if it comes
from outside. It provides insight into the existing situation's past history, current
circumstances, and projections for the long run. The resource speaker provided time for
the students from various specializations to display their suggested action plans during
the afternoon session, and then he fielded questions about the content being encased.
He after which commends the student teachers for showcasing such rife issues and
made action plans, that must be properly considered in the academic community and in
the educational system.

Broadly speaking, action research gives teachers the chance to practice while
also enhancing the environment in which they do so. It plays a vital role in fostering
social change. Action research is therefore essential for enhancing a learning institution.
It can facilitate the teacher in making sure that teacher development is efficient. There is
no need for burnout because teachers serve as moral educators, so they should feel as
though their work is of the utmost importance. Any type of teacher training should aim to
elevate as well as inspire those who participate in it. It ought to be designed to
guarantee improved student performance as well as enhanced cooperation and
teamwork. The webinar drew to a close with certificates being given out, impressions
out of each student from their various specialization and a closing remark from a
selected student.
