GUARANTEE FACILITIES :

RESOLVED

1. That the Company intends to apply to Chubb Insurance Malaysia Berhad (hereinafter referred to as “CHUBB”) to
issue or to request their Bankers to issue on behalf of the Company in connection with the various contracts
undertaken by the company, tender bonds/performance bonds/advance payment bonds or any other bonds in the
form of a bankers guarantee or insurance guarantee for various amounts in favour of various principals involved in
the said contracts.

2. And having noted that among other things CHUBB requires an undertaking/Indemnity/Guarantee to be executed by
the Company in favour of CHUBB as one of the requirements for issue of such guarantee.

Hereby resolve that in accordance with Article of the Articles of Association of the Company:

a. The under-noted officers be and hereby authorized to execute such Undertaking, Indemnity and Guarantee and any
related documents in favour of CHUBB and to do such things as are required by CHUBB, and

b. The Common Seal of the Company be affixed to the Undertaking, Indemnity and Guarantee and other documents
which CHUBB may require to be executed in connection with the said guarantee, in accordance with the Articles of
Association of the Company.
