Read the following passage and answer the questions that follow:
Recombinant vaccines hold greater promise than traditional attenuated vaccines. A small portion of
DNA is taken from the virus or bacterium against which we want to protect and inserted into the
manufacturing cells. Many such vaccines have been prepared for Hepatitis B, meningitis, Covid 19
etc.
