1. Why did you choose this study?
I Research Background & Motivation

We’ve decided to choose this study because it is related to us, the students of SPIST.
We realized that understanding and knowing more about this topic would help us, our
fellow students, and the future student of our school to have a greater educational
environment. We chose the educational environment because it is one of the key
factors that can affect students' performances inside the school. Pupils who are
exposed to a good environment during their growth process tend to perform better in
academics. Our research may lead to better physical and mental health of the
students while helping them to thrive for success.
2. Describe the setting or the place
where the research will be taking?

Institute Of Science And Technology main
campus, Southern is in Anabu, Imus City
Cavite and it is a four floors building.
3. Why is there a need for your
research/ topic to be studied?
I Research Background & Motivation

To be well informed and give knowledge to future learners, learn

new things, be more aware of what is happening, and it can be
applied to our daily lives. To solve the problem of the environment
and educational environment and make a solution about it, so that's
why we need to study it so we can understand more about it and
make a solution. And to be well-informed about the educational
environment of our school.
4. What are the over-all benefits
that may be derived from your
study?

Conducting this research would help us get an idea of the effective

educational environment for everyone. Gaining knowledge on how the
STEM students of SPIST behave like that. Knowing about this would help
the school solve current or upcoming problems that may affect a student's
academic competency. And build ideas that may help our school build a
better educational environment for us, students and
future students of SPIST.

We are going to answer our research questions by conducting some

research and surveys inside the school premises. We will only believe In
valid information or facts, and the academic performances of the stem
student of SPIST through the years.

II Research Background & Motivation

By investigating every part of the learning environment and

surveys from the students inside Southern Philippines
Institute Of Science And Technology. Classrooms and such to
see if there is minimal distraction, Having a Positive
atmosphere, formats of teaching, No Bullying, And every
student is safe from harm. Observing how educational
environment works in our school and asking teachers, and
other staffs will also helps us get a lot of data that we need.
Also some of the academic data of some STEM students.

The setting of our study will be at Panapaan IV Bacoor City, Cavite or

in the library of Southern Philippines Institute of Science and
Technology.
