Dear Sir:

We, I Act for and on behalf of Mrs Tarrannum Naz Bhatti D/o Dr. Abdul Sattar Bhatti,
Adult, Muslim R/o Karachi (Hereinafter referred to as our client), with instructions to address
you on the subject above as follows: -

1) That our client is well educated belongs to highly respectable family and enjoys
goodwill and respect in his community.

2) That on dated 30-03-2009 our client had booked a residential plot bearing No. R-59,
Block-R, Sector Phase-I in your above project in sum of total Rs. 250,000/- (Two Lac Fifty
Thousand Rupees) on the easy installments.

3) That our client has fulfill the all obligations thereby paying all the dues/total amount
of Rs. 250,000/- (Two Lac Fifty Thousand Rupees)) same was deposited in your bank
accounts as well as paid through cash such receipts are available on the record of our client.

4) That our client has already been paid whole consideration of above subject plot but
you have miserably been failed the part performance of your side thereof handed over the
peaceful possession and transfer of subject plot to our client.
5) That our client through her relatives tried very hard and approached you to fulfill all
the obligations and requested you to handed over the peaceful possession of subject plot but
you kept them on hollow hopes and finally refused point blank from handed over the subject
plot nor returned back them the amount /consideration paid by our client.

Keeping in view the aforementioned factual and legal position, you are, hereby, called upon
through this legal notice to immediately to handed over the peaceful possession of Plot
bearing No. R-59, Block-R, Sector Phase-I along with to complete all legal formalities in
respect of transferring the subject plot in the name of our client, thereof to fulfill all other
requirements along with satisfactory reply of such notice within 7 days of receipt of this
notice, failing which, we have positive instructions from our client to initiate legal
proceedings against you before competent court of law including but not limited to filling
Civil, Criminal Constitutional Petition and before your higher authorities so also other
remedies available in the penal laws entirely at your own risk as to cost and consequences,
which may please be noted.
