    Respected Sir/Madam,

    respectively would like to request sir/madam to kindly issue a passport for us. This is because we are
    already set to leave to (place of destination) on 21 st December, 2022 and we have just noticed that the
    passport is necessary. This is urgent as everyone is ready and set to leave for our trip.

    Therefore, we would be very much grateful if sir/madam could provide us with a passport at the
    earliest.
