Everyone who works for us is required to follow the rules and requirements that are set when hiring,
when signing a contract.

This includes all training. In the form of sent written material, practical and theoretical training,
courses/meetings. The company must be able to document that the individual has undergone and
understood training. It is stated at the beginning of the employment relationship that you will be
sent a test (from "TQM Enterprise-Hitramat"), which will confirm that you have understood
important elements of the training.

Taking this test is mandatory for all.

Personnel who neglect to answer these posted tests, or who answer a lot of mistakes on this test will
have the following options:

- Have a conversation to find out whether there is an underlying reason why there is no
answer or if there is another explanation why it is a lot of mistakes/fault in the answers
- gets the opportunity to correct the test, through extra teaching and shows an ability to
understand
- people who fail to answer (NOT answering), and/or do not show any improvement in later
tests, must in many cases have to end their employment with us. And will not be offered a
further contract either

This is because we produce FOOD. SAFE FOOD. And then we must be able to be sure that we have
employees who understand and follow the rules/routines they must, so that we can deliver just that,
SAFE FOOD.

If you are sent a test after your employment has ended, we ask that you answer it. ESPECIALLY if you
hope to get an invitation to next season, or later seasons at Hitramat AS. Employees who do not
respond will not receive an offer.

We would like to present the results of this year's training test.

This was not satisfactory. There were several who did not answer (especially those who had left
Hitramat, having finished their contractual relationship, before the test was sent out).

Number of answers, with MORE mistakes than our limit: 16 28

Number of answers, with MORE mistakes than our limit, in %: 13% 21%
That 21% of the answers are out of the limit of the acceptable, is critical. It was also only 89% who
did answer. Some people will be contacted individually, and some one will NOT have an invitation for
the next season. When a person does not get an invitation for the next/further seasons, can be a
combination of several factors. Not only based on the result of this test.

THIS IS A REMINDER.

When you get e-mail with link to tests, questionnaire (by direct e-mail, or e-mail generated from tqm
enterprise-hitramat). It is mandatory to answer this!
