Solutions to Mechanical barrier:

The communication gap between William and Alexandro could be solved by providing a supplement written
communication either through mail or letter along with the oral communication for important messages which has to
be conveyed.

Cultural barrier:

Though there was no misunderstanding between Brazilians and Americans, its important to maintain formality in the
business environment and this can be solved by being aware of the background of people, knowing the formal and
local customs.

Socio psychological barrier:

Silva should not have had the suspicion look on Wally and William, instead the best way would be to take a look at
the whole situation on what has happened and what’s going on.
