RULES & REGULATION

1. SOPs should be strictly followed by each trainee and trainer as well.
2. Forward this document to Client Department for approval.
3. Approval is necessary; manager will not move the trainer to the site without approval of this
document for any type of training activity.

PURPOSE
Purpose of this document is to highlight the awareness of standard operating procedure in
order to avoid any damage to equipment, test under object, trainee and trainer during the
training session.

SOP’s
Read and adhere to the manufacturer’s operating instructions and warnings. Receive
training in proper operation and demonstrate competency to an experienced and
authorized operator for each type of task to be conducted before operating
independently.
Trainee should read user manual of testing object and equipment before training.
Trainer is not allowed to give the practical session on a running system.
Trainer can provide practical demonstration only on spare Object Under Test (relay)
with sole responsibility of client for safety of testing object.
Trainer will give the training only for testing test set (how to operate CMC 356 etc.)
not for the testing object (relay).
Trainee cannot operate test set during training session without trainer.
Trainer will be responsible for safe operation of the test set during training session.
Any information or document requirement from client to the trainer for training
purpose will be mandatory without any ambiguity.
Trainer is not allowed to share any sensitive information to the client without his
manager permission.
Without stable single phase power supply and proper grounding, trainer is not
allowed to operate the test set.
