network of dark stores that we're building across the country! We’re scaling up throughout
Mumbai quickly and currently operating in Bangalore, Delhi, Pune, Kolkata and Hyderabad in the
next 6 months we’ll be launching in tier 2 cities. We’re currently in deep stealth-mode, so you

What you will do

We are looking for a self-starter and analytical mind-set Sr. Business Analyst/Manager to manage
our zonal material management operation throughout our supply chain (Wearhouse, Dark store
,3pl Partners). Plan and oversee material movement through production cycle. Collaborating with
other stake holders to determine supply needs. In- wording supplies and materials according to
specifications. Coordinating and supervise in wording and out wording throughout Supply chain.
Need to play key role in storing ,Controlling & distributing. Responsible for ensuring that the
Redlands, 3PL meets the zepto performance and operational expectations. This role also
facilitates the continuous improvement processes at the 3PL

About the roll

Supply Chain

• Understand key drivers of Supply Chain from demand and supply side
• Build input driven scientific plan/forecast for supply chain & monitor key supply
chain metrics
• Innovate new ways of working to improve forecasts & optimize supply chain cost,
reliability & speed.
• Work with large teams to bring consensus and finalize planning numbers with all
functional stakeholders
• Continuously track specific resource and space requirements based on agreed plans
with Supply Chain stakeholders
• Build planning configurations in tech products to ensure smooth supply chain
execution
• Understand product interactions & drive business use case led improvements with
product
Analytics

• Ability to analyse large data and convert into simple presentable forms
• Proficient in problem solving involving large data sets & advanced optimization
• Produce trends and charts for performance monitoring & control on daily, weekly,
monthly basis
• Proficient in developing zero-touch automated solutions with self-serve capabilities
• Ability to build sustainable models around supply chain planning KPIs using agile
philosophy
• Own the development and maintenance of new and existing artifacts focused on
analysis of requirements, metrics, and reporting dashboards

What you will Need

• B.E - MBA from Premier Institute preferred (NITIE, SP Jain, SJMSOM, IITs)
• Minimum 1 to 3 years prior experience in E-commerce or related industry
• The person should have handled Multiple Stakeholders,
• Proficient in SQL, Advance Excel, R programming/Python (Mandatory) & added
advantage Power BI, tabulo, SAP, ERP
• Have sound knowledge of statistical modeling
• Good at storytelling with insights derived from data
• Experience in big data set handling
• Analytical SCM solution provider
