-For me technology devices and apps aim to help

people live healthier lives by tracking their
activity, heart rate and eating and sleeping
patterns. Apps for smartphones and tablets can
also help monitor and track progress to motivate
individuals to reach their health and fitness goals.
also Technology has without a doubt become a central
part of the human condition - for better and worse.
It influences us, just as much as we influence it,
in our daily lives, but also as moral and ethical
beings.
