LIBAS SMOKE FISH

PROPOSAL
The community of libas has a fishing port, where the fishermen unload
their catch fish. A lot of people goes to libas fishing port to buy fish.
And libas has the potential to produce a large amount of fish. One of the
ways to preserve fish is called smoke fish.
What is a smoked fish? Smoked fish is fish that has been cured by smoking. In more
recent times fish is readily preserved by refrigeration and freezing and the smoking of fish is
generally done for the unique taste and flavour imparted by the smoking process.
There is a group of women in libas who knows how to process the smoke fish, they were
trained.
The potentials of smoke fish is that it can be sell to a mountain places , sari-sari store.
