    SUBJECT : SPOT REPORT OF STABBING INCIDENT OUTDOOR THAT
    RESULTED TO THE DEATH OF JOE KIAN P. GARCIA
    DATE :February 26, 2022
    1. On or about February 25, 2022 around 7:30 am in the morning, a stabbing
    incident was committed in front of Himamaylan City Gymnasium located in
    Barangay 1, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental. The victim was identified
    as Barangay Kagawad, Jose Kian P. Garcia, 42 years old, married and a
    resident of So. Wayang Brgy. 3, Himamaylan City.
    2. The victim was sustained multiple Stab wounds in different part of his body,
    he was rushed to Himamaylan Hospital for medical treatment but was
    declared Dead on arrival (DOA) by the attending physician. The suspect was
    arrested after the incident and he is now under the custody.
    3. The motive of behind the incident is still unknown.
    4. The progress of report will follow.
