Designation: Software Engineer

Position Description:

CGI is looking for exceptional, motivated individuals to be part of the APAC Business Unit. As an
Individual, you will take an exciting and challenging role on a team that is innovating across technologies

Pre-requisites:
• Engineering Graduation from Tier II / Tier I College Mandatory
• Degree: BE/B.Tech (CSE, ECE, EEE, IS, Electronics and Telecommunication, Information and
Technology)
Cut-off Marks: 65% in BE/B.Tech and 60% in 10th and 12th
• Additional Criteria: No Current Backlog
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skill and problem-solving skills.
• Strong programming Concepts and good in data structures.
• Understanding of the Database concepts
• Exposure to Java / .Net /C/C++ /Python would be an added advantage.
• Willingness and open to learn new skills

• Open to work at any of the CGI offices in INDIA –

Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Pune

Desired Skills: (Good to have)

Certifications: Good to have any on programming language certification (Java, .Net. C++/Python)

Participation in competitions: Participation in any intercollegiate hackathons or presented any technical

papers in any public forums/seminars would be highly desirable

• Excellent communication skills to be able to interact with decision-makers at customer

organizations.
• Passionate about presenting ideas, developing ppts for the same
• Ownership across the engineering life-cycle – Features, design, development, architecture,
quality and performance of the product
• Must have excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
• Team player to influence a positive change in the team for a culture of creation, tinkering,
rehashing and hacking
• Be a change agent in the team to drive innovation, quality, time-to-market, UX and product
thinking
• Foster and Exhibit a sense of urgency, productivity, self-improvisation and excellence
• Ability to work as a team and be comfortable working with ambiguity. Ability to define path(s) to
implementation and evaluate the best path forward.

with latest trends in Mobile, Analytics & Cloud technologies.
