A special meeting was held by the members of Prakriti Environment Society.

Sri P. Madhava Rao, President – Prakriti Environment Society, presided over the meeting.

Agenda:
To open a separate current FCRA account (Joint Account) in State Bank of India, New Delhi
Main Branch, on the name of Prakriti Environment Society,

Proposal:
As per the guidelines from Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, a separate bank account
(Joint Account) is to be opened in State Bank of India, New Delhi Main Branch, on the name of
Prakriti Environment Society, for operation of FCRA. It was decided to open the above account
decided and nominated Sri. Harsha vardhan Mooga, Treasurer & Smt.Aitha Ramadevi, Executive
Member as authorized signatories.

Sri.Sana Nitish Kumar Reddy, Executive Member, Prakriti Environment Society proposed the
above decision and Smt.B Jayasree, Joint Secretary, has seconded the proposal.

Resolution:
It was resolved to open a separate bank account (Joint Account) in State Bank of India, New
Delhi Main Branch, on the name of Prakriti Environment Society, for operation of FCRA. It was
further resolved that Sri. Harshavardhan Mooga, Treasurer & Smt. Aitha Ramadevi, Executive
Member will operate the said account as authorized signatories.
