    Subject: Request for Facilitation to obtain NoC from Home Department, KP

    I am directed to refer to the Blue Veins’ letter No. Nil dated 23 rd


    September, 2022 on the subject noted above and to state that M/s Blue Veins is not
    registered with Ministry of Interior. Ministry of Interior is the only regulator of INGOs
    working in Pakistan.

    2. It is therefore, requested to approach Home Department, KP to obtain


    NOC.
