We are going to offer a tutor service for kids where we will teach them subjects like math,
physics… This will help kids get better grades and understand complicated subjects.

Why will it be successful?

Our business will be successful many people have trouble understanding school subjects
and many parents are looking for a private teacher for their kids, we also have a lot of
contacts with kids that need help with their studies.

Price
To know the price we will compare it to other similar services, we will calculate how much
amount you have to pay depending on the time and difficulty.
We consider that 8 € per hour and the clases will be between 1 - 3 hours.

Targeted customers
The targeted customers could be mainly young, between 6-12 years old, this will be people
from a lower grade than us so we know the subject and from the school so that they are
closer by and have the same sister we do.
Market Research
Division of Labour
We will divide basing on the capacities of each person, the 2 smartest members in the group
will give the lessons because they are better in that part of the job, and the third member will
organize the lessons, talk to the customers because he has better social skills.

Location of Business
Our business will be located in Maria’s house, the reason of this decision is the distance to
school, people that ends school will only take 5 minutes walking to reach the house and
receive the lessons.
