MORTGAGE WITHOUT POSITION

This Deed of Simple mortgage executed on this 13th Day of April, 2022 at
Mahabubnagar, by and between;

SMT. KOLAN SUREKHA W/O KOLAN SURENDER REDDY, aged about


48years, Occ:Housewife, R/o H.No. 11-13- 801/5/402, FlatNo.402,
SwethaHomes, Green Hills Colony, Road No.2/G, Ashta lakshmi temple,
Kothapet, Saroornagar, K.v. Rangareddy District, Hyderabad, Telangana State.
(Aadhar No.2601 0321 0167).
Hereinafter called the MORTGAGOR (which terms shall mean and include its respective
heirs, successors, legal representatives, administrators, assignees/s and nominees/s)

Whereas the MORTGAGOR herein are the absolute Owner and Possessors of
all that part Land Bearing No's. 330/1/1/1/1/2 admeasuring Ac.2.32Gts,
Situated Yedira Village, Mahabubnagar Municipality and Mandal, Mahabubnagar
District, Telangana State.

Having Nala Proceedings No. 2200119852, Dated. 03-02-2022 through


Tahsildar & Joint Sub Registrar Office, Mahabubnagar Mandal, Mahabubnagar
District, Telangana.

Whereas the MORTGAGOR are the absolute and sole beneficial owners and is
seized, possessed of or otherwise well and sufficiently entitled to the property fully
described in the schedule and for greater clearance delineated on the plan
annexed here upto and there on shown with boundaries thereof colored Red and
expressed to be here by mortgaged.

AND WHEREAS the MORTGAGOR applied for permission in TSbPass- DTCP


approved by Commissioner, Municipality, Mahabubnagar, Mahabubnagar District,
to make an open plot layout for residential purpose.

SCHEDULE OF THE MORTGAGED PLOTED AREA TO AN EXTENT OF 1418


sq.yards or 1185.62 sq,meters, Plot No’s. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6.
AND WHEREAS THE MORTGAGEE is having accepted the same has sanctioned
the layout plan in File No.0001687/LO/DTCP/3063/0016/2022 subject to the
following conditions:
NOW THIS DEED OF MORTGAGE WITHNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:
The MORTGAGOR completes the works to the satisfaction of the DTCP within
the agreed period of 2 years from the date of release of approved layout, the
MORTGAGEE shall at the cost of MORTGAGOR be entitled to retransfer of the said
plots of land at his expenses to MORTGAGOR without any further liability on the
same towards the execution of works.

SCHEDULE OF THE PROPERTY


The terms and conditions of this deed are binding and shall continue to be
binding MORTGAGOR, their, successors in interest, right as well as a title and
ownership and none of them shall entitled to question the correctness or
genuineness of the terms and conditions of this deed anywhere at any time in any
court.
SCHEDULE OF THE MORTGAGED PLOTED AREA TO AN EXTENT of 1418 sq.yards or
1185.62 sq.meters, Plot No’s. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6, In sy.no. 330/1 /1/1/1/2,
situated at Yedira Village, Mahabubnagar Municipality and Mandal, Mahabubnagar
District, boundaries follow:
BOUNDARIES BY PLOT NO’s. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6
North : Others Land
South : Area for Social Infrastructure
East : Plot No’s. 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12
West : 30’-0” Wide Road
