Physical Self-Care

1. I eat 3 times a day to be healthy

2. I do 30-45 minutes of regular exercises every day

3. I drink the recommended amount of water a day to keep hydrated

4. I make sure that I have at least 8 hours of sleep

5. I maintain a good personal hygiene

Psychological Self-Care

1. I listen to music

2. I play video games

3. I read my favorite book series

4. I take a pause and breathe

5. I reflect and think about the things I am grateful for

Emotional Self-Care

1. I do something I love and enjoy each day

2. I practice gratitude

3. I seek help if needed

4. I treat myself

5. I spend time with people I love

Spiritual Self-Care

1. I put God at the center of my life

2. I pray

3. I practice meditation

4. I reconnect with the nature

5. I practice forgiveness
