Executive Summary

This business plan is about Land of Sweets, a home-made sweet selling company located

in Dubai, UAE. The business will sell unique sweets with natural flavors of honey, mint and

pepper. In the future, the business will start importing sweets and expand its product line. Also,

the business will start offering additional services by incorporating a fast-food restaurant and a

coffee shop. This report highlighting the steps taken to obtain finances and other business

verification documents. A PESTLE analysis helps to determine the industry in which the

business will be based. SWOT analysis outlines the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and

threats of the business. Further, the report describes our product/service plan, as well as the

financial plan.

Business Description
Land of Sweets is a new business that we plan to start in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The business is a partnership, in which we will partner with friends to collect sufficient information and

make various decisions regarding the business. Land of Sweets will be selling home made sweets made

freshly at home, and our target customers are people coming to Dubai for recreational activities, with

their families, especially children. The sweets will have a unique taste and sensation as we shall include

natural flavors of mint, honey, pepper, etc. The mission of our business is to provide quality sweets at

affordable prices. We plan to expand our business in the future to include a standard coffee shop, and a

fast-food restaurant. In the future, we will also start importing other sweets and include them in our items

list. We plan to employ an external executive officer in our business to help with the management duties.
