This letter is to confirm you that student ___________________________________ has been

offered an internship with ____________________________________________ company
under the supervision of Mr./Mrs./Miss/Dr./Prof. __________________________________.

In order to receive credit, the student’s internship experience must meet the standard
requirements. We affirm that this internship is a total of 8 weeks and 40 hours per week,
which sums to 320 hours of the entire duration as per the curriculum.

The work is on office and site includes meaningful tasks that focus on developing the
knowledge, skills, and abilities of the student that are applicable to future employment
opportunities. An onsite supervisor will conduct weekly check-in meetings to discuss the work
progress and write final evaluation report.

The internship program will start on Oct 31, 2022 and end on Dec 30, 2022 or until the student
completes required number of internship hours. If there is any change regarding the
internship schedule, the department will notify you through your Email or Phone number.
