HARE KRISHNA MAHATAV, S/O SHRI MOHAN PYARE

I, Dr. Hare Krishna Mahatav, son of Shri Radha Mohan Pyare, resident of
303/B, Boring Road, Patna, by religion Hindu, do hereby revoke all my
previous Wills (or) Codicils and declare that this is my last Will, which I make
on this 26.10.2022. My Date of Birth is 01.04.1950.

I declare that I am in good health and possess a sound mind. This Will is made
by me without any persuasion or coercion and out of my own independent
decision only.

I appoint Shri Rahul Gandhi Mahatav, Son of Raman Krishna Mahatav,

resident of 302/BH, Boring Road, Patna to be the executor of this Will. In the
event Shri Rahul Gandhi Mahatav were to predecease me, then Shri Aaditya
Choubey will be the executor of this Will.

I bequeath the following movable and immovable assets to the Shri

Vivekananda Memorial Trust, Rajendra Nagar, Patna-East-800013.

1. My house located at OB/23, Bailey Road, Patna.

2. Bank balance of my savings account no. 309268392993 with Bank of

Baroda, Main Branch, Boring Road, Patna-800001.

3. My Bank fixed deposits in Bank of Baroda bearing FD43920114233.

4. The proceeds of my Term insurance policy AAZB-5832-3495, from Life

Insurance Corporation.

5. The contents of bank locker no. 35673, with bank Canara Bank, bank
address Pharsa Bazar, Boring Canal Road-East, Patna.

All the above assets are owned by me. No one else has rights on these
properties.
