Exercise 1

Requirements:

A project has been defined to contain the following list of activities along with their
required times for the completion.

1. Select Start Date: Current Date

2. Set the working days calendar. Note the following:
i. Friday & Saturday are the week holidays,
ii. Working hours: from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm including one hour break,
iii. Modify the calendar options.
3. Construct a Gantt chart for the project tasks and durations defined below.

5. Set the tasks dependencies (links).
i. Set the task Design Processes to be starting after the completion of
2 days of the Analyze Processes task (Lead time).
ii. Set the task Design Data to be starting after the completion of 2
days of the Analyze Data task (Lead time).
6. Set a recurring task named "Project Plan Review" to be conducted for 5
hours, by the end of every week, starting after the completion of the
feasibility study, and will occur 7 times.
