EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In recent years, we have noticed a noticeable decrease in the quality of Egyptian players and
the number of football players in Egypt in particular compared to its population, in addition to
the presence of many unknown talents who are unable to show their talent to everyone.
The purpose of the application is to show all football talents and announce them to everyone so
that they are professional players and also help in marketing them to ensure better quality for
Egyptian players, which is of course in the interest of Egypt.

PROJECT PURPOSE/JUSTIFICATION
Business Need/Case
We are creating this application for the purpose of discovering football talents in Egypt, in
addition to providing many free players to agents and clubs for free, which brings them
great profits and great savings in the price of players

Business Objectives
The business objectives for this project are in direct support of our corporate strategic plan
to improve the methods of marketing players in Egypt and reduce the prices of their
contracts.
 Launching the application within the next six months
 Reduce player contracts by 30% within the next two years.
- The number of football players in Egypt increased by 10% within a year of launching the
application.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This application displays the discovery of football talents in Egypt, in addition to the presence of
a number of player agents and club explorers who have seen and evaluated talent, thus helping
players who deserve to play in football practice.
 Project Objectives and Success Criteria
The objectives which mutually support the milestones and deliverables for this project have
been identified. In order to achieve success on the ISA project, the following objectives
must be met within the designated time and budget allocations:
 Develop application in the next 20 days.
 Create a simulated application software to test the application within the next 60 days.
 Implement the application within the next 120 days

Requirements
This project must meet the following list of requirements in order to achieve success.
- The possibility of the user to use the application and register, whether as a player, as
an agent, or as a spectator
- Show the application for many videos related to the talents of the players

Constraints
The following constraints pertain to the application:
 executing the application accordance with the allocated budget and timeline
 Users of the application must be from Egypt
 The user is not allowed to register as an agent until after verifying that he is practicing
the profession

Assumptions
The following are a list of assumptions. Upon agreement and signature of this document,
all parties acknowledge that these assumptions are true and correct:
 This application has the full support of the project sponsor and stakeholders
 The application sponsor will provide additional resources if necessary

Preliminary Scope Statement

The application will include the design, testing, and delivery. All personnel, software
resources will be managed by the project team. All project work will be independent of
daily and ongoing operations and all required testing will be done. All project funding will
be managed by the project manager up to and including the allocated amounts in this
document. Any additional funding requires approval from the project sponsor. This project
will conclude when the final report is submitted within 30 days after the application is
tested, all technical documentation is complete and distributed to the manager and
sponsor.

RISKS
The following risks for the ISA project have been identified. The project manager will
determine and employ the necessary risk mitigation/avoidance strategies as appropriate to
minimize the likelihood of these risks:
 See the players through short videos and evaluate them.
PROJECT DELIVERABLES
The following deliverables must be met upon the successful completion of the application.
- Discover high-quality players who are able to play in different Egyptian clubs
- Increasing the number of players in Egypt

PROJECT APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS

The success of the project is associated with a thoughtful test of the application before its
release, as well as its timely launch.
The presence of a project sponsor who does the appropriate marketing of the application will
be one of the most important reasons for its success

PROJECT MANAGER
Aya Abdelaziz is named Project Manager for the duration of the application. Mrs. Aya’s
responsibility is to manage all project tasks, scheduling, and communication. Her team,
consisting of two web developers , one security specialist and two testers. Mrs. Aya will
coordinate all resource requirements through the project. Mrs. Aya is authorized to approve all
budget expenditures up to, and including, the allocated budget amounts. Any additional
funding must be requested through the Project Sponsor. Mrs. Aya will provide weekly updates
to the Project Sponsor.
