When A company moves away from selling one specific product in only one way and

starts selling different types of the product to improve specific customer experience.

2. What is the difference between Regular Personalization and Hyper-

Personalization

Regular Personalization is basic information about a person that is collected by a

company like a person's name, Hyper Personalization is more personal information

about a person that a company collects like exactly what a person looks at online or

behaviors of a person.

3. Why does Hyper-Personalization matter for business?

Hyper personalization matters for businesses because the businesses can increase

sales when they can have specific advertising because they can see what customers

like and what will get the customer attention.


4. What are the Dangers of Hyper-Personalization Marketing?

If a customer thinks that a company has too much information or too specific information

the customer will think the company is creepy and also the customer might get bored of
