included. The piano furniture is in great shape (well maintained, no chips). Pinboard is fine, pins
and strings seem to be original (which is a good sign that you won’t have problems soon).
Strings and pins holding the tune fine. It is a console piano, which goes more into the compact
side of the spectrum. It is a great choice of acoustic piano with a full-sized weighted keyboard
that can fit smaller rooms and is much easier and cheaper to transport than a taller full-size
upright piano. Total size is 57”h, 41”w, and 24” deep. It can actually fit in a larger minivan (like a
Grand Caravan) and be lifted by 2 strong persons. It is still heavy and large – there is no such
thing as a compact piano, but having the possibility to avoid a specialized freight can save
several hundred dollars. Piano action has been recently maintained. No keys sticking, no
hammer problems, no jamming, playing smoothly. There is room for improving a couple of the
felt work to fine-tune the reverberance, but nothing major. It is an old instrument - I would guess
30 years, though I am not sure, I had it for 2 years. I am selling it because I moved to a smaller
house and couldn't fit it. This instrument is playable as-is. If you like to go in the DIY low-cost
maintenance way like I do, I am including a maintenance kit (tuning hammer, tuning mutes,
springs, felt supports, piano lubricant) which is of great importance to keep the piano performing
well for a long time and can save you a lot of money in professional maintenance (though, with
respect to the professionals, with a more limited result). If you are patient enough and not too
picky you can get around by tuning it yourself with the support of a free mobile app. The piano
lubricant (Protek CLP) is a hard-to-find expensive product, is almost full, goes with the syringe
applicator, is totally safe for the piano, and works magically to solve problems of stuck keys and
hammers or swollen felts. I can help load it in your truck, but I do not deliver. We can
disassemble some heavy wooden parts to make it more bearable to lift by only 2 strong
