Price Increase Announcement

Dear Valued Advantech Customers,

Thanks for your great support on doing business with Advantech, we all
experience an unprecedented and challenging year.

Advantech is committed to developing innovative, leading products and providing

the most compelling integrated IoT solutions to our valued customers. Since the
global pandemic outbreak in the year of 2020, our business operations and supply
chain have been facing more and more severe difficulties and challenges.

In order to keep providing the most helpful products and solutions to our
customers, we and our suppliers have been struggling to pull in materials and
absorb price increases since then. However, component cost and manufacturing
cost still keep rising due to material shortage and supply-demand imbalance.

The global component shortage crisis hasn’t been relieved yet, and it seems that
the situation will continue in 1H 2022. Therefore, we will have price increases by
3% to 10% for system products and by 3% to 21% on device products, being
effective from January 1st, 2022.
