As a regular customer of Bus Company National Express, your business is


important to us. We hope to continue working with you in the future.

Due to the global economic situation, raw materials and energy costs are rising.
Consequently, we have no choice but to increase prices in the bus services to our
customers for the first time in five years.

We are proud of our bus services. An increase of just under 5% means that we
can maintain the high standard of our customer expect. This means that
everybody can be served quickly and efficiently with the majority of our coaches
equipped with power sockets, toilets and wider leg rooms. We are confident you
will agree that this small increase is preferable to a reduction in quality or service

Please find attached our new price list. The new price start on 1st January
