Mechanical Daily Report for the OEA Site 25/10/2022

Observations from the morning site walk round on the OEA site. Please note that we are aware that
works are incomplete and that they are still in progress so the below observations are intended to
assist the Contractor and to seek clarification:

1 Drainage installation is proceeding without approved drawings:

Fig 1: Level 3 toilets

2 Required for the IT/Comms room HVAC system are: FD’s, and MD. PRV in wall.

3 Please clarify the fire separation strategy when replacing the drainage. For example,
where will fire collars be fitted? According to the approved FLS drawings these risers
are 2 hour rated.

4 No end of line flushing valves in the fire pipe system. Please clarify how the
system will be flushed.

5  Installed fire pipe supports does not follow the approved Civil Defense approved detail
drawing, esp larger size pipe installed at 10mm for 100 dia and 12mm for 150 dia.
