JUSTIFICATION

At present there is no conference hall for conducting official meetings for engineering branch.
Meetings conducted with power point presentation are not able to held conveniently.As desired by PCE, it is
proposed to create a conference hall exclusively for HQ engineering branch at NGO.The conference hall
exclusively for HQ engineering branch will help in easing out the presssure in allotment of Subhash meeting
hall in HQ. Hence it is proposed for conference hall at the ground floor on north side of pay clercks sections
at NGO duly relocating the civil defence and efficiency cell. Hence, the above proposal is made for inclusion
in OOT 22-23.
