DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

This Deed of Absolute Sale made and executed by and between:

Spouses JONATHAN G. PEREZ and DRA. MYRNA C. PEREZ, of legal age, Filipino,
represented by NENITA G. PEREZ of legal age, Filipino and with residence and postal address at
Mahandiong, Taysan, Batangas hereinafter referred to as SELLER;

APOLINAR L. DE RAMOS, likewise of legal age, Filipino, and with residence and postal
address at Brgy. 7, Catanauan, Quezon, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER;

W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the registered owner of a motor vehicle more particularly
described, as follows:

WHEREAS, the SELLER has offered to sell and the BUYER has agreed to buy the above-
described motor vehicle;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the purchase price of THREE HUNDRED
NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 390,000.00) Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged by the SELLER from the BUYER, the SELLER hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS AND
CONVEYS unto and in favor the BUYER the above-described motor vehicle, subject to the
warranty by the SELLER that the above-described motorcycle with sidecar is free from any and all
liens and encumbrances and is not subject to forfeiture or impoundment by any government or
private entity.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed these presents on this
