V-series General Antenna Checks

1. Switch on the Antenna Test mode to release the motor brakes and allow free movement of the
antenna.

2. Then move the antenna in all axis (AZ, EL,CL), check if there is anything that's preventing it to move properly or
any rough spots.

3. Check the Sensor box if the bubble is in the middle and inspect the belt if it's in the proper position.

4. Check all the motor belt tension if it's loose or too tight. Adjust accordingly if possible.

5. If all is clear and no visible damage found, switch off the Test Mode and reboot the antenna from the circuit
breaker. While rebooting, please check if the antenna is performing the initialization properly.

Initialization sequence:
a.   Sensor Box, on the right-side panel, will rotate until the end limit switch followed by a soft click and move the
antenna back to the last known elevation position.
b.   Cross-level arm will move to its mechanical end stop, all the way down to the right. Motor will force the
antenna to move until the stop, high pitch tone can be heard. Then return to the horizontal level.
 c.   The antenna will move in the azimuth axis until the home sensor detects the Home flag. Red LED will blink
when the sensor detects the flag and the antenna will stop.
