    I would like to rescheduling reservation of superior twin room in your hotel, Mercury
    Hotel, for the dates April 21 - 22, to April 28-29, 2021. The number of the rooms are ten for
    20 people.

    This reservation is to be under my name; I shall be arriving with my employees for


    Empployes gathering activity. We shall be arriving on April 28th, at 2 PM. We hope that the
    room will be available for us then. Settlement of payment shall be made in full upon our
    arrival.
