Special terms & conditions of e-auction

1. The online inspection of lot may be carried out by bidder on e-auction catalogue.
2. Photograph of CMRlot is mere picture representation ofcoal mill reject. However
actual inspection/assessment of CMRmay be carried out by the bidder at coal reject
yardby strictly following covid-19 norms declared by respective power station.
3. From MSTC web-site regarding photograph, no complaints regarding, colour,
quality & physical appearance are entertained. CMR shall be sold on ‘as is where
basis’. The principal of caveat emptor shall apply, as per terms & conditions of e-
auction.
4. All the Instructions/circular by Centre/State Govt. are to be followed scrupulously
during covid-19 pandemic while inspecting the CMR.
5. Installation & use of AarogyaSetu App is compulsory for all bidders while
inspecting the lots of CMR.
6. Spitting in the campus is strictly prohibited.
7. Compulsory primary checking of the bidders must be done at the Dispensary before
visit for inspecting the lots.
8. Use of face covers/masks is compulsory.
9. Frequent hand washing with soap & use of alcohol based sanitizer for at least 20-40
seconds.
10. Always cover your mouth with tissue/handkerchief or use the inside of your elbow
when you cough or sneeze.
11. Individuals must maintain a minimum social distance of 6 feet while inspecting the
lots as far as possible. Maximum of 02 nos of visitors shall be allowed with one
technician/helper at a time.
12. Alcohol based sanitizer and mask must be carried by bidders themselves.
13. Person with respiratory symptoms are not allowed for inspection of CMR.
14. In case of request by prospective bidders for on site visit for inspection of CMR prior
to e-auction and for deliveries and other allied activities post e-auction decision shall
be taken by concerned Chief Engineer in consideration with guidelines issued by
central/ state Govt or local authority as per situation prevailing at that time.
15. After regularization of situation, the Standard Operating Procedure will be replaced
by the existing procedures automatically.
16. Important Terms & Conditions of e - auction dtd.26.10.2021for 2 lots (20,000 MT
each) of Coal mill reject lying at TPS Khaperkheda.
Agency(s)/ firm(s)/Individual(s)-having live contract(s)/ Order(s) for
transportation of coal in Koradi/ Khaperkheda TPS as on the date of e- auction i.e.
26.10.2021 - are strictly not entitled to participate in the e-auction dtd. 26.10.2021for
sale of CMR at Khaperkheda.
In the event that, such Agency(s)/ firm(s)/Individual(s) is/are happen to be the H1
bidder for any/ all of the lots of CMR in the e-auction dtd. 26.10.2021, MSPGCL
reserves the right not to award Sale Order(s) to such H1 bidder(s)."
