    PAYMENT FAQS:

    Question 1. When the payment will be released on every month?


    Ans: Payment will be released on every Second and Fourth week of subsequent month.
    Question 2. How many days it will take to process the payment after submission of invoice?
    Ans: Within 30 days from the date of submission of invoice payment will be processed.
    Question 3. Why does it take 30 days long time to process the payment after submission of
    invoice?
    Ans: Will follow the below steps to process that’s why it will take a long time.
    Step 1: We need to check all the translations task assigned to you are completed or not
    Step 2: We need to check proofread feedback of your translation task.
    Step 3: Once Proofread done we need to do the QC and then will approve the task.
    Step 4: Once task approved will share the pdf invoice to you to get the sign.
    Step 5: Once signed invoice received for all the translators will submit invoices to the accounts team
    before 1 week of payment.
    Step 6: Accounts team will audit the invoices.
    Step 7: Once the audit is done payment will be released.

    Question 5. On which date we need to submit the invoice?
    Ans: You will receive the invoice sharing email from us, in that you need to mention the work done
    and approved tasks till 25th of subsequent month.
    Question 6. How frequent payment will be processed?
    Ans: Once in a month.
    Question 7. Is translation price is negotiable?
    Ans: No.
    Question 8. What is TDS and how it works?
    Ans: TDS means TAX DEDUCTED AT SOURCE. TDS is 10% of your income and i.e. as per tax rules
    192(J) it is deducted on 30k annual earning based. Will provide TDS certificate also, you can file the
    income tax returns to get it back.
