✔ Even though we find there are lot of respondents get highly

satisfied with the monetary, non monetary benefits and learning
experience in the organisation, there are few respondents who feel
it is non satisfactory. There fore focussing on each individual is an
organisation would bring even satisfaction and even collective
growth.

✔ Performance appraisal method used by an organisation must

be in way that all the employee in an organisation must strongly
agree eventually learn, work and growth.

✔ Basic necessities is a key factor of any organisation and

employee satisfaction in this factor is very important. Even if their
performance in manufacture or service may be up or down.

✔ To improve with the challenges faced by the employee in an

organisation.
● Increasing the burden at the time of achieving the target like
sales and services.
● Loss is a part of any business, so pressuring the employees
at that situation is not fair.
● Motivation and coordination must go hand by hand .
● Promotion, competitors, work pressure or work load for
9hrs, satisfactory salary.

expectations are fulfilled or the employees get higher than what they feels satisfied. If
