WRAP UP DISCUSSION

As we have our wrap up discussion with our good professor, Momi

Doc, I have realized that it is indeed a very hard task to be a good
administrator. One must have a high ethical value standards and should
be passionate about the job.
I have learned a lot when Momi Doc gave her personal take about
her profession. As someone who will lead and facilitate an institution,
you must set a good example for every individual that you meet along
the way. Becoming an inspiration to others and giving words of
encouragement for every people you will get along with. I can really tell
that Momi has a lot of experience and knowledge when it comes to
facilitating but what I admire from Momi the most is her compassion for
others. She always extends her thoughts for the people that she serves
and I know that it was never an easy task for her.
As a future educator, I will try my best for me to become an
effective and productive individual. I will look not only for my sake but for
what is best for the people around me. Especially for the ones that I am
serving for. I will do my very best to affect others positively and make
sure that no one will be left uncared.
