MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Memorandum of Agreement is entered into by and between the municipal government of
Cordon, Isabela, herein represented by the Hon. Lynn M. Zuniega, Municipal Mayor, of legal age,
Filipino, single, and a resident of Barangay Magsaysay, Cordon, Isabela, hereinafter referred to as the
FIRST PARTY, and Baptist Global Response (BGR) International, a non-government organization based
in Singapore, herein represented by Mr. Joshua Tan, Director, also of legal age, married, Singaporean,
and a resident of Singapore, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY.
