Some people think living in big cities is bad for people’s health.

To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays most people believe that residing in large cities is damaging to their health. It is argued that,
that could have some beneficial effects on people's health. I consent to the given statement owing to
two core reasons that will be discussed in the following essay

Initially, it is an undeniable fact that there are a number of factors that make urban lifestyles unhealthy
for city people' health. Big urban residents would first risk arises environment pollution. This is
attributable to the fact that a huge proportion of industrial waste is thrown into the atmosphere every
day, causing air and water pollution. Secondly, urban people have higher levels of mental strain.
Significant quantities of traffic and excessive traffic congestion frequently cause city people to feel
annoyed, and busy routines may prevent individuals from taking time to relax, which is bad for their
health.

Another one to consider is that, The benefits of residing in an urban area are enjoyed by people. First,
urban residents are generally healthier than rural ones. due to access to improved healthcare
infrastructure and trying to cut medical technology, including hospitals and clinics with leading hospital
personnel. As a result, residents of large cities would receive quality of care. Another advantage that has
to be underlined is that individuals in major cities may readily use fitness centers to enhance their
health, which may not be available in rural areas.

To sum up, I approve of the idea claiming that the health benefits of living in small cities are higher
