    unlawfully, feloniously, and knowingly, directly or indirectly through another person,
    repeatedly followed, approached, contacted, placed under surveillance, or made any form
    of communication with, Joanne Forster, someone with whom Joanne Forster has pr has
    had a continuing relationship, namely: Jeanne Stadler Drake, Medical Cent.er:. qf the
    Rockies, Department of Regulatory Agency, Kenneth Overby, Jack Henry & Associates,
    and Marybeth Hritsick, in a manner that would cause a reasonable person tci suffer
    serious emotional distress, and caused Joanne Forster serious emotional distress; in
    vioiation of section 18-3-602(1)(c), C.R.S.
