Vision: To be a leading business in producing the best and stylish multi-purpose changing tent
through innovation and modern technology in order to fulfil customer demands by year 2020.

Company Background: Our business name is INFINITE Enterprise. “INFINITE” means that we are
trying to generate infinity ideas of product to satisfy customers’ needs. The idea for the business
name is created by the partners.

Products: Our product is called multi-purpose changing tent. It is basically a combination of a

changing room and sleeping tent. As compared to normal tent, our product is much better as it is
easier to be carried anywhere. It doesn’t need to be set up either. It can also be used as movable
changing room. For the future prospect, we hope that our business will expand bigger from time to
time.

Markets: Market target of our products is located at Penang and Kedah state. In Kedah, we
distribute our product at Alor Star and Sungai Petani district while in Penang, we target our market in
Georgetown and Butterworth district. We choose these areas because we believe that our product
will have higher demand.

Distribution Channels: We have distributed our product to local retailers at Alor Star and Sungai
Petani in Kedah whereas at Penang are situated at Georgetown and Butterworth.

Competitors: We have some competitors that already exist in the market such as Allegro Marketing
Sdn Bhd, Evergreen Adventures Sdn Bhd, and Beyond Supply Sdn. Bhd.

Operational: We expected to produce 7,011 units of product per month. Total operation cost for the
operational is RM438,187. Cost to produce one unit of the multi-purpose changing tent is RM62.50.

Financing Source: We get financing source from bank loan amounting to RM550,000 and
contribution from the partners amounting to RM200,000.
Use of Funds: We use the funds from the loan and partners’ contribution to support our first
production expenses due to the lack of capitals on our side. We also planned to use the money for
the purpose of product development.
